TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: • IMMACK.AI IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND • WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTENT CREATED BY USERS OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for: • Violation of these Terms of Service • Fraudulent or illegal activity • Non-payment of fees • Prolonged inactivity • At our sole discretion with or without cause Upon termination: • Your access to IMMACK.AI will be immediately revoked • We may delete your content after a 30-day grace period • You remain responsible for any outstanding fees • Provisions regarding intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

Governing Law: • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware Dispute Resolution Process: 1. Informal Resolution: Contact us first to resolve disputes informally 2. Mediation: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to mediation 3. Arbitration: Unresolved disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration Class Action Waiver: • You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action • You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit Exceptions: • Small claims court actions are permitted • We may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations
